This section is for items usable on the field, those that help build Upgrades at the Shelter, or one of the basic necessities of survival.
Field Items[ | ]
These are items that are useful in the field.
Adrenaline Shot[ | ]
- When you've got no medic and your friend is going into shock, an adrenaline shot might be your only shot to save them. Use on KO'd allies to restore them.
- Equipped in an Item slot.
Energy Drink[ | ]
- A drink filled with loads of caffeine, sugar, and a lot of other stuff that doesn't matter. Cures Fatigue when used.
- Equipped in an Item slot.
Fishing Pole[ | ]
- A freshwater fishing pole, complete with lures.
- Held in inventory.
- Needed to harvest fish on the World Map.
Lockpick[ | ]
- A professional locksmith's tool for opening locked doors. Very useful to those who know how to properly use it.
- Unlocking doors relies on the Mechanical skill of the person who has equipped the lockpick.

Soothinum[ | ]
- Say no to nerves by Soothinum! A small amount of pills that reduce anxiety and panic. Taken to prevent Panic in allies temporarily.
- Gives the Soothed buff, which grants an immunity to Panic for the day.

Stuporax[ | ]
- Stuporax - take one day at a time! Anti-depressants that instantly raise mood in allies. You might be stronger if you don't need them, but taking pills raises your morale faster.
- Gives the Clarity buff, which grants a 25% bonus to accuracy for 3 rounds.

- An adjustable wrench made from heavy iron. Clatters a bit when a heavy blow is delivered, but still capable of dealing a lot of damage without too much of a racket.

- Also required to build a Garage upgrade.
Seed Packets[ | ]
- Collected packets of various common fruit and vegetable seeds, including some sunflowers.
- Carried in inventory, and unloaded at the Shelter.
- Needed to craft the Rooftop Garden upgrade.

- A collection of quality tools used for delicate and heavy-duty crafting. Required for construction of certain upgrades at the Shelter.
